Welcome to Wauwatosa Family Dental! We are are so glad you are here! Prior to your initial appointment, please fill out our new patient forms! During your first appointment, we want to get to know you! We will spend the first portion of your appointment completing a thorough medical history and dental examination.

To provide the best care possible, we want to know your previous history, current conditions and your concerns. The dental exam includes a clinical and radiographic evaluation of hard tissue (teeth) and soft tissue (gums). We will begin with taking any necessary x-rays, unless you have a current set taken at your previous office.

In most cases, we will begin treatment the same day unless a complex medical history or treatment plan requires a second appointment.

If you have a recent set of x-rays taken at your previous office, please request that they be forwarded to our office, via email. If x-rays are outdated, additional radiographs may be necessary and taken at the time of your appointment.
